Luggage transport

The prices are based on the number of luggage (per day, taxes included) for 75 km and less (see applicable conditions). For distances greater than 75 km (by car) within two accommodations, additional costs will be added to the price displayed in the table above $1.75 per additional kilometre.

Whether you are travelling alone, with a group or with your family, enjoy your bike trip traveling light. Our team will be pleased to transport your luggages from one establishment to another with ease and safety. We offer the luggage transport service regardless of the type of accommodation. We can also deliver to the residence of an acquaintance (see applicable conditions).

We pick up luggage from 9 a.m. and quaranteed delivery before 4 p.m..

Our services are available for the following cycling routes and regions:

• The St. Lawrence by bike (Toronto – Matane)
• Véloroute gourmande ( Montreal – Sherbrooke)
• Tourist sectors of Montérégie
• Tourist sectors Centre-du-Québec

Applicable conditions for luggage transport

• Luggage must weight less than 20 kg (44 lbs). A surcharge will apply for all luggage weighing more than 20 kg;
• Baggage must be clearly identified with baggage tags (name and name of the person who booked the service);
• Since we cannot specify the time of delivery service and in order to ensure the transfer with ease, reliability and effiency, check before your booking that each of your establishments has a reception service open between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The presence of a person in charge of the establishment is necessary for the luggage to be deposited and collect;

Voyager à vélo inc. transfers luggage from one accommodation to another.

When booking your accommodation, let them know that your luggage will be picked up or delivered in your absence by Voyager à vélo inc.

Baggage collection starts at 9.00 am and delivery is guaranteed before 4.00 pm.

Special requests can be made for a transfer from a different location (train station, parking lot, private residence, etc.) where pick-up or delivery must take place at a specific time. Special rates will apply, depending on the nature of the request. Please contact us for further information.
