La Fabrique is a craft brewery generally offering between 12 and 18 beers brewed on site: classics, seasonal and beers aged in oak barrels. It also offers handpicked "guest" beers from other excellent Quebec breweries!

Interesting fact: The cooperative Le Cabestan was founded in 2008 and has been operating the La Fabrique pub since July 2010.
