We use this information solely to reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver the service and invoice you. <\/p>\n<p><strong>When you make a donation or a purchase,<\/strong> the form shown on our Store page is provided and hosted by Zeffy. The information you enter there, including your payment details, is transmitted directly to <strong>Zeffy<\/strong> and processed on that platform. No credit card number is entered or stored on our own servers. We receive from Zeffy the information needed to follow up on your donation or order: name, contact details and transaction details.   <\/p>\n<p>When you browse the website, small files (&nbsp;cookies&nbsp;) collect technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited. Google Analytics measures traffic; Google Fonts reads your IP address in order to display fonts. Videos embedded in our pages are hosted by YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you watch them.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>These measurement cookies are disabled by default.<\/strong> They are activated only after you give your consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You may change your mind at any time using the &nbsp;Manage consent&nbsp; link at the bottom of every page. Before entrusting them with any information, we assess the protection they offer, as required by law. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>How long we keep it<\/h2>\n<p>Inquiries with no follow-up: 12 months. Client files and accounting records: 7 years, as required by tax legislation. After that, everything is securely destroyed.  <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>How we protect it<\/h2>\n<p>HTTPS website, access limited to those who need it, strong passwords, regular updates and backups.
